The role of the Sales Support Executive is primarily to contact existing and new customers; producing quotes; process orders taken; status reports and liaising with various departments to help our customers.

To also provide administrative help and support to the Sales & Marketing and Aftersales team. Being accountable for the accuracy of information handled and records made, maintaining a high level of customer service and developing strong customer relationships.

Typical Job Functions & Duties

  • Achieve the agreed KPI’s and behaviours
  • Maintain strong & long-lasting customer relationships
  • Work closely with other departments to make sure customer expectations are met
  • Maintain good customer service
  • Contact customers using email, phone or hold/organise meetings
  • Efficiently maintain the CRM database
  • Produce accurate quotes
  • Produce accurate and up to date build / status reports
  • Generate revenue via parts and service sales
  • Liaise with suppliers / technical and purchasing depts.
  • Quality Assurance / Customer Service
  • Receive / Handle warranty claims (ad hoc)
  • Receive / Handle service calls (ad hoc)

Skills & Attributes

  • Understand and have a good level of knowledge of the conversion process
  • Have a good level of knowledge of the regulations and governing bodies of the conversion industry
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have effective communication skills when dealing internally and externally
  • Have a good level of IT & computer skills
  • Have a good understanding of Emax and the company’s CRM system
  • Have the desire to uphold a high level of customer service
  • Can handle pressure and be comfortable working to targets
  • Manage multiple projects
